Walmart Global Tech
Walmart Global Tech (formerly Walmart Labs) is the technology side of the global retail giant, headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA.
My team was part of a cross-functional group of UX/UI Designers and copywriters providing support to different core products within the Walmart Global Tech organization.
We collaborated with product managers and engineers to define and build internal business tools, which enabled a seamless behind-the-scenes operation for Walmart Global Tech.
iNoDE project
iNoDE (Item-Node Data and Eligibility) is an internal business tool that allows Associates and Partners to view and manage item and eligibility data at a node level (Stores, Distribution Centers, and Fulfillment Centers).
The overarching goal of the project was to provide a single source of truth for item data and help teams perform more accurate and efficient business functions.
Use cases
Item Data Inquiry: viewing current information about an item (product) at a given node (store, DC, FC)
Item Data Management: editing information about an item at a given node
